In this video, we are doing a tabata cardio workout.
The effort bar is based on the principle that everyone accelerates and slows down the exercise according to their own performance.
We give ourselves a score out of 10 for fatigue
If the bar points to 1: 5-6 out of 10 for you
If the bar points to 2: 6-7 out of 10 for you
If the bar points to 3: 7-8 out of 10 for you
And we apply the movement faster or slower to catch this fatigue. (within the limits of health)
