This is a quick 10-minute full body HIIT workout. If you are pressed for time, this is the workout for you! You easily do this at home or anywhere: no equipment needed, no excuses. Maintain a good posture and keep your core engaged. Follow along and keep moving through the work interval to improve your endurance. Slow down if you need, but don't stop!
